Cloudraft is a pure subscription service. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@oncconsco.shop. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds
- Because this is a subscription that stays available until the end of the paid period, we do not refund the unused part of a period after you cancel.
- Unused monthly allowances are not refundable and do not roll over.
- If a payment was clearly charged in error or duplicated, contact us and we will investigate and refund verified billing errors.
- Where mandatory consumer law grants you a statutory refund or withdrawal right, we honour it.
3. If outputs don't meet expectations
Blueprints are informational planning aids generated from your brief. If a result is not useful, our first remedy is to help you regenerate it with a clearer brief or different settings at no extra cost within your plan allowance. Dissatisfaction with a suggestion is not by itself grounds for a refund of a subscription period, since suggestions are not guaranteed outcomes.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may pause paid features until payment succeeds. You can update payment details or cancel at any time.
